Este trabalho apresenta um estudo realizado para conhecimento dos usuários de perfis de redes sociais criados no twitter, envolvidos nas questões de trânsito e meio ambiente. Tal conhecimento permite manter o sucesso contínuo da rede, pois possibilita direcionar o perfil da rede para os interesses de seus usuários, gerando oportunidades para a realização de negócios.
As técnicas de conhecimento dos usuários usadas foram o uso de um framework de elaboração de Personas, aplicação de questionários e observação das interações na rede, com o objetivo de elaborar perfis de usuários representativos dos sistemas sociais deste estudo. Foi então percebida a necessidade de inclusão de novas características não contempladas no framework de elaboração de Personas para abranger perfis de usuários do tipo Empresa.
Com o estudo e classificação de valores em softwares sociais, tais como valores pessoais, valores coletivos e valores técnicos, foi também verificada a necessidade da análise de novos tipos de valores para estudo de aderência nos softwares sociais, no suporte a geração de negócios.
Como resultado deste trabalho foi sugerida uma nova instância do framework de elaboração de Personas para usuários tipo Empresa e uma tabela com valores de Negócios para a análise de aderência em sistemas de softwares sociais.
