O bullying e cyberbullying são fenômenos cada vez mais presentes na sociedade, especialmente na vida de crianças e adolescentes. Referem-se a ações complexas devido à forma como são executadas, os perfis dos envolvidos e as consequências para as vítimas. Deste modo, é importante entender a relação dessas práticas no ambiente escolar, a partir da compreensão de que o bullying e o cyberbullying são espécies de violência e que suas consequências podem atingir as mulheres de forma mais danosa. A partir disso, visualiza-se a necessidade de programas voltados para a prevenção da violência no ambiente escolar, como o "PREVINE – Violência nas escolas, não!", do Ministério Público do Estado do Ceará, o qual fomenta a criação de comissões escolares de prevenção à violência em todas as escolas públicas e privadas. Neste contexto, questiona-se: em que medida a atuação das comissões de proteção e prevenção à violência contra criança e adolescente instauradas nas escolas contribui para a prevenção e o enfrentamento da prática do bullying e do cyberbullying contra a mulher no ambiente escolar? Portanto, tem-se, como objetivo geral, analisar de que forma a atuação das comissões de proteção e prevenção à violência contra criança e adolescente implantadas nas escolas contribui para a prevenção e o enfrentamento da prática do bullying e do cyberbullying contra adolescentes do gênero feminino no ambiente escolar. Tem-se como objetivos específicos: Compreender a dinâmica do bullying e do cyberbullying no ensino médio, e seus reflexos para o fenômeno da violência contra a mulher; Identificar a discussão simbólica da violência de gênero contra as adolescentes no ensino médio; e, por fim, analisar a relação do direito à educação de qualidade e à cultura de paz a partir do programa PREVINE, estratégia de prevenção de violência nas escolas proposta pelo Ministério Público do Estado do Ceará (MPCE). Trata-se de pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, realizada a partir das bases de dados Scispaces, Litmaps, Google Acadêmico e Redalyc, com análise de legislações, relatórios e documentos do MPCE. Tem abordagem qualitativa, baseado nos significados e motivos que envolvem os fenômenos do bullying e do cyberbullying no ensino médio, focado na violência contra a mulher. Para isso, aborda-se o método do estudo de caso, com levantamento de dados no campo teórico e empírico, a partir da aplicação de formulários semiestruturados junto às Comissões de Prevenção à Violência nas escolas de ensino médio estadual localizadas no município de Quixadá/CE. Ressalta-se como resultado que o programa do MPCE alcançou êxito na criação de comissões de prevenção à violência em todas as escolas públicas do estado, porém, é necessário a promoção de capacitações contínuas aos membros dessas comissões para fortalecer suas condutas, notadamente quanto à prevenção e quanto aos encaminhamentos psicológicos, sociais e jurídicos das vítimas e autores de bullying e cyberbullying, assim como para a aplicação de círculos de paz e práticas restaurativas que promovam a igualdade de gênero entre os alunos.

"Bullying and cyberbullying are increasingly present phenomena in society, especially in the lives of children and adolescents. They refer to complex actions due to how they are executed, the profiles of those involved, and the consequences for victims. Therefore, it is important to understand the relationship of these practices in the school environment, based on the understanding that bullying and cyberbullying are forms of violence and that their consequences can affect women in more harmful ways. From this perspective, the need for programs aimed at preventing violence in the school environment becomes evident, such as "PREVINE – Violence in schools, no!" from the Public Ministry of the State of Ceará, which promotes the creation of school violence prevention commissions in all public and private schools. In this context, the question arises: to what extent does the work of protection and violence prevention commissions against children and adolescents established in schools contribute to the prevention and confrontation of bullying and cyberbullying practices against women in the school environment? Therefore, the general objective is to analyze how the work of protection and violence prevention commissions against children and adolescents implemented in schools contributes to the prevention and confrontation of bullying and cyberbullying practices against female adolescents in the school environment. The specific objectives are: to understand the dynamics of bullying and cyberbullying in high school, and their implications for the phenomenon of violence against women; to identify the symbolic discussion of gender violence against female adolescents in high school; and finally, to analyze the relationship between the right to quality education and the culture of peace based on the PREVINE program, a violence prevention strategy in schools proposed by the Public Ministry of the State of Ceará (MPCE). This is bibliographical and documentary research, conducted using the databases Scispaces, Litmaps, Google Scholar, and Redalyc, with analysis of legislation, reports, and MPCE documents. It has a qualitative approach, based on the meanings and motives that involve the phenomena of bullying and cyberbullying in high school, focused on violence against women. For this purpose, the case study method is used, with data collection in both theoretical and empirical fields, through the application of semi-structured questionnaires with Violence Prevention Commissions in state high schools located in the municipality of Quixadá/CE. The results highlight that the MPCE program achieved success in creating violence prevention commissions in all public schools in the state; however, it is necessary to promote continuous training for the members of these commissions to strengthen their conduct, notably regarding prevention and psychological, social, and legal referrals for victims and perpetrators of bullying and cyberbullying, as well as for the implementation of peace circles and restorative practices that promote gender equality among students."
