O estudo objetivou construir e validar uma tecnologia educativa voltada aos pacientes e familiares/cuidadores de pacientes vítima de acidente vascular cerebral (AVC). Trata-se de um estudo metodológico, constituído por uma fase qualitativa e outra de desenvolvimento em que se construirá uma cartilha intitulada "Manejo dos cuidados pós AVC", a partir da seguinte trajetória: será realizado a revisão integrativa da literatura dando o suporte teórico para a elaboração da cartilha, traçando o diagnóstico situacional. Será realizado a validação com juízes de conteúdo e técnicos e validação com o público-alvo. Após realizada a primeira versão da cartilha a mesma foi submetida aos juízes selecionados a partir de critérios pré-estabelecidos, sendo eles juízes de conteúdo/aparência onde será calculado o Índice de Validade de Conteúdo para avaliar três aspectos: objetivos, estrutura/apresentação e relevância; os juízes técnicos avaliaram a cartilha segundo os aspectos de: conteúdo, linguagem, ilustração gráfica, apresentação, motivação e adequação cultural. Foi utilizado o instrumento Suitability Assessment of Materials (SAM). Após essa etapa a cartilha passou por adequações e foi realizada a validação junto à população-alvo sendo que estes avaliaram os aspectos da organização, estilo da escrita, aparência e motivação. Os aspectos ético-legais da pesquisa envolvendo seres humanos obedeceu à Resolução Nº 466/12 instituída pelo Conselho Nacional de Saúde. O projeto foi submetido ao Comitê de Ética em Pesquisa da Universidade de Fortaleza e no hospital onde foi desenvolvido o estudo. A primeira versão da cartilha foi validada por 20 juízes, selecionados a partir de critérios pré-estabelecidos; destes, 15 eram juízes especialistas e 5 eram juízes técnicos. Na validação com os juízes especialistas quanto aos objetivos, estrutura e apresentação e relevância, verificou-se a adequação da cartilha, pois todos os domínios apresentaram IC=100%. Não houve discordância significativa na pontuação atribuída (p>0,05 em todos os itens), e observou-se boa confiabilidade (CCI=0,779), atestada pelos seus intervalos de confiança (0,584-0,873). Os juízes técnicos avaliaram a cartilha segundo os aspectos de: conteúdo, linguagem, ilustração gráfica, apresentação, motivação e adequação cultural, sendo utilizado o instrumento Suitability Assessment of Materials (SAM). Constatou-se que todos os domínios avaliados apresentaram a pontuação máxima de concordância, tanto por item (ICi=100%), quanto no total (IC-T). A qualidade da cartilha foi atestada pelo p-valor dos itens, que mostrou que não houve discordância significativa na pontuação atribuída dos itens, bem como pelo CCI, que evidenciou boa confiabilidade (CCI[IC95%] = 0,823[0,670-0,979]) pelos juízes técnicos. A análise dos resultados indica que o estudo possibilitou a elaboração de uma cartilha educativa, a qual foi validada tanto em relação ao conteúdo quanto à aparência. Esse material foi considerado adequado pelos juízes especialistas, recebendo um alto grau de recomendação para ser utilizado por cuidadores e familiares de pessoas que sofreram Acidente Vascular Cerebral (AVC). O objetivo principal dessa cartilha é fornecer suporte informativo e promover intervenções seguras e de qualidade no cuidado domiciliar, contribuindo para a melhoria da assistência prestada aos pacientes.

The study aimed to develop and validate an educational technology aimed at patients and family members/caregivers of stroke victims. This is a methodological study, consisting of a qualitative phase and a development phase, in which a booklet entitled "Management of poststroke care" will be developed, based on the following trajectory: an integrative review of the literature will be carried out, providing theoretical support for the preparation of the booklet, outlining the situational diagnosis. Validation will be carried out with content and technical judges and validation with the target audience. After the first version of the booklet was prepared, it was submitted to judges selected based on previously established criteria, namely content/appearance judges, who will calculate the Content Validity Index to assess three aspects: objectives, structure/presentation and relevance; the technical judges evaluated the booklet according to the aspects of: content, language, graphic illustration, presentation, motivation and cultural adequacy. The Suitability Assessment of Materials (SAM) instrument was used. After this stage, the booklet underwent adjustments and was validated with the target population, who evaluated the aspects of organization, writing style, appearance and motivation. The ethical and legal aspects of research involving human beings followed Resolution No. 466/12 established by the National Health Council. The project was submitted to the Research Ethics Committee of the University of Fortaleza and the hospital where the study was developed. The first version of the booklet was validated by 20 judges, selected based on previously established criteria; of these, 15 were expert judges and 5 were technical judges. In the validation with the expert judges regarding the objectives, structure and presentation and relevance, the booklet's adequacy was verified, since all domains presented CI=100%. There was no significant disagreement in the score assigned (p>0.05 in all items), and good reliability was observed (ICC=0.779), attested by its confidence intervals (0.584-0.873). The technical judges evaluated the booklet according to the following aspects: content, language, graphic illustration, presentation, motivation and cultural suitability, using the Suitability Assessment of Materials (SAM) instrument. It was found that all domains evaluated presented the maximum agreement score, both per item (CIi=100%) and in total (CI-T). The quality of the booklet was attested by the p-value of the items, which showed that there was no significant disagreement in the score attributed to the items, as well as by the ICC, which showed good reliability (CCI[CI95%] = 0.823[0.670-0.979]) by the technical judges. The analysis of the results indicates that the study allowed the elaboration of an educational booklet, which was validated both in relation to content and appearance. This material was considered adequate by the expert judges, receiving a high degree of recommendation for use by caregivers and family members of people who have suffered a stroke. The main objective of this booklet is to provide informative support and promote safe and quality interventions in home care, contributing to the improvement of the care provided to patients.
