A calvária será removida e analisada.

The study aims to evaluate the level of inflammation, integrity and ability to stimulate new bone formation of two repair materials. The materials, White MTA (Angelus, Londrina, Brazil) and Bio C Repair (Angelus, Londrina, Brazil) will be inserted in bone defects produced in the calvaria of rats measuring 2mm in diameter and 1.5mm in depth. 15 rats will be divided into three groups (from the date of euthanasia) and, after sedation, 2 bone defects will be produced using a surgical sinus lift drill with stop. Euthanasia will occur 07, 30 and 60 days after surgery, in 5 rats per group, being performed by anesthetic overdose. The calvaria will be removed and analyzed. After that, it will be histologically prepared with 6µm sections and stained with H/E and Masson's Trichomic. The amount of material present in the cavity, the level of inflammation and the amount of new bone formed after the periods will be evaluated.
