In this context, the work of cultural managers encompasses not only the demands related to any activity
involving management, but also the domain of aesthetic and artistic senses that give uniqueness to their daily lives. In addition, in today's scenario, the issue of sustainability, which was already in vogue, gains even more prominence due to the 2030 Agenda and its sustainable development objectives, where culture is correlated with some of these intents defined by the United Nations - UN. This thesis has the general objective of developing a strategic model of management and sustainability based on the possibilities arising from the Casarão de Ideias space as a producer of cultural activities. The work discusses topics such as sustainability, entrepreneurship, cultural management, social responsibility, social capital and human capital. With regard to methodological procedures, the research is bibliographical and exploratory. Under these axes of the model, these places can obtain not only the maintenance of their activities, but also the contribution to society, through sustainable projects and related to environmental causes.
