A presente pesquisa tem como objetivo avaliar de que forma a inteligência artificial
pode ser utilizada para auxiliar o Poder Judiciário na efetivação do sistema de
precedentes judiciais e, em que medida, tal implementação impactaria positivamente
na prestação jurisdicional. Tendo em vista a problemática surgida em decorrência do
crescimento progressivo de ações submetidas ao crivo do Poder Judiciário, é
necessário que se busque a implementação de novas estratégias para que seja
solucionado o problema, garantido ao jurisdicionado acesso a uma justiça célere e
efetiva. Nesse sentido, o presente estudo analisou as formas de utilização de novas
tecnologias junto ao Poder Judiciário, em especial a inteligência artificial, e como elas
possibilitam a automação de determinadas tarefas, gerando um consequente ganho
de produtividade. Em paralelo, estudou-se a sistemática de precedentes introduzida
no ordenamento jurídico brasileiro através do Código de Processo Civil e de que forma
a sua implementação pode ajudar na solução do problema investigado. Assim, após
análise dos dois temas, restou proposta uma intervenção, junto ao Tribunal de Justiça
do Estado do Ceará, em que, utilizando-se de ferramenta de inteligência artificial já
disponível, seriam implementadas medidas de consolidação do sistema de
precedentes judiciais de forma automatizada, proporcionando celeridade e isonomia
no provimento judicial. Com tal medida, acredita-se que haverá um ganho de tempo
substancial na análise das demandas, além de uma uniformização nas decisões

The present research aims to evaluate how artificial intelligence can be used to assist
the Judiciary in implementing the system of judicial precedents and, in which way, such
implementation would positively affect the jurisdictional provision. Considering the
problematic that arose because of the progressive growth of actions submitted to the
scrutiny of the Judiciary, it is necessary to seek the implementation of new strategies
to solve the problem, guaranteeing to the jurisdicted access to a swift and effective
justice. In this sense, the present study analyzed the uses of new technologies in the
Judiciary, especially artificial intelligence, and how they enable the automation of
certain tasks, generating a consequent gain in productivity. In parallel, we studied the
precedent systematic introduced in the Brazilian legal system through the Civil
Procedure Code and how its implementation can help in solving the investigated
problem. Thus, after analyzing the two themes, an intervention was proposed, inside
the Court of Justice of the State of Ceará, in which, using an artificial intelligence tool already available, measures to consolidate the system of judicial precedents would be implemented automatically, providing speed and equality in the judicial provision.
